Evangelism:
The ultimate change that takes place in a person's life is when they accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and
Savior. As believers, God has given us his message of love to share with the world. As the church, we equip and
encourage each other to share our personal faith story with others through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Worship:
Lives are changed when genuine worship takes place. It is not a matter of style or music but a matter of the
heart. Through our worship experience we surrender ourselves, focusing on God's greatness and his attributes.
We are challanged to see ourselves as God sees us and respond to his calling in our lives. We come with
bowed hearts to bless and praise the Lord.
Ministry:
We operate on the premise that every member is a minister and that God has gifted each member of the body
with spiritual gifts. Those gifts are to be used to further God's kingdom and the work of his church. The
scripture also teaches us that we are members of one body, therefore, we need each other and are dependent
on the spiritual gifts of one another. Since each person is gifted in unique ways for ministry, every
ministry is important and encouraged. Believers are encouraged to discover their gifts and use them accordingly.
Discipleship:
The scripture teaches us that only the mature will be able to understand the fullness of Christ's teachings.
We are commanded to grow in our faith that we might know the will of God for our lives. Ongoing studies are
provided to help believers mature in faith and their Christian walk. Change takes place in our lives when we
are committed to studying and living God's word.
Prayer:
Throughout his life, Jesus taught his followers about the necessity and blessings of prayer. He gave
us the promise that if we abide in him and his word abides in us that our prayers will be answered.
Beyond that, prayer is really about people seeking and knowing God. It is not an occasional event but
an ongoing attitude. For people to see genuine change in their lives, they must seek God and pray with
a humble spirit. When we do this we can experience the supernatural power of God in our lives.
